Originally installed in 1995, the Port Elevated Storage Tank was brought back to life in 2023 to meet growing water demands in the Port of Caddo-Bossier area. After more than two decades out of service, the refurbished tank now provides 2.5 million gallons of storage, helping stabilize water flows while supporting fire protection and peak demand. It’s a great example of putting existing infrastructure back to work for a growing community.
